A lovely stone built cottage with two double bedrooms, set in a small Hamlet on the outskirts of Saint Pierre de Juillers, there is a swimming pool, spacious living room and well equipped kitchen, sleeps 5 people.  In addition we also have a smaller cottage that sleeps 2 people for additional family and friends.;

It is an ideal base to explore the surrounding villages and the beautiful Atlantic coastline.  The surrounding views include fields of sunflowers, melons, wheat, barley, maize and vines.  The garden is mainly grass with mature trees, leading to woodland.  The cottage is situated in the Charente Maritime region, which is renowned for it's micro climate and is the second sunniest part of France after the Riveria.
